Had a great day today. A great way to.start the week! My Sheila had to leave which a makes a me bummed :( but I will be in Florida with her by the end of this week.
It has been a great year since last Labor Day. This day next year I will be married to my best friend Sheila.
Oh I am training for a half and its been going well, seven miles with my pop today!
