Hooked up the right rear first then left rear then left front then right front. Rf had no wires so I snaked behind with hanger.

End of days

Well I woke in another state today than I am now. Florida now New Jersey. I prefer the latter.

I had a great vacation with Sheila and the rest of my new family. Yes I have cousins and new aunts and uncles and grandparents and well you get it.

I love my life and family. I can't ask for anything but their health.

Common thread love is life. Breathe :)

Monday

Hi. I had a great day today. Ate a huge breakfast then chilled on the beach.

We went to a great breakfast at a classic American pancake house. Stuffed!

Then we went to fort lauderdale and Hung on the beach. Saw some nice fish and got mad color (as if I needed more hehe).

Came home ran six miles feeling good!

Sunday late stuffed

Stuffed just ate hamburgerFi that ish was the bees knees! I coulda had two but I had one w some fries yum yum!

Today was a good day we went to Miami and beached and ate well. We ate ate this place called "Havana" (Cuban if u haven't figured it out), now THAT was the bees knees! Lol

After that we went swimming at what I thought may have been a topless beach cause there were zoomers errrwhere but it wasn't. Guess girls were just throwing their jugs around, I'm with it.

Dove and saw two barracuda that I could of shot but didn't have my gun, saw a yellow snapper and some smaller ones, some had spots some did not.

Great day!

Sunday morning sweating

Well its 11 am and I showered and ate. Already sweating.

Saturday in flowwwridA

Great day today at the beach with Sylvia Sheila Kayla and Jasper!

We spent the majority of the day on ft. Lauderdale beach and saw some really cool fish diving. Schools of little baitfish everywhere, yellow snapper, and an Angelfish! Well I saw the angelfish with no goggles so who knows!

Ate well, tuna seared, twas ok.. the fries were better lol. Then I came back to Sheila's and ran five miles back to the beach and back boy!

Florida

Landed in Florida and we are safe! Ate some swordfish yum yum!

Surf today in asbury

Today I left work at 530 and was in Asbury Park by 620, in the water by 635.

not a bad commute time. when I got there I could hear the waves howling.

6 foot waves and the last wave of the set between 7 and 8 foot. got about 5 sweet last in 1 nice backside. breaking a frames and side ramps. left handed walls in big a frames.
Out the back I had a nice backside where pump the brakes as well. I pump the brakes little too hard and try to punch to the back way when I was closing out.

I didn't go on this 1 wave because there was people in front of me and this dude next to me said why didn't you go and I didn't trust myself next time I will .

Great day. Oh it was solo

they have gone

all the bennies have left the beaches and we are left with picture perfect A-frames up and down the coast. i am loving it, oh except i will only have about an hour or so to surf today but i am ok with that :)

hey hey ho ho - back to work the tuesday after labor day and i am just not in the mood but i mean who really is when you have off for sucha long weekend! bleh!

today i am going to start my toilet bowl reader.not really limited myself to the amount of content. ran 22 miles in the past four days. 5 5 7 5. having a good training session up to my second half marathon.

unbelievable how good i feel. just continue the good diet!

Scary dreams

Had a great day today. A great way to.start the week! My Sheila had to leave which a makes a me bummed :( but I will be in Florida with her by the end of this week.

It has been a great year since last Labor Day. This day next year I will be married to my best friend Sheila.

Oh I am training for a half and its been going well, seven miles with my pop today!
