sit back relax
things have been changing for the better
I have been focusing on getting healthier
not like I was terribly out of shape just trying to tighten up
its funny because I have been noticing a lot of changes with some people in my life
some for the better some for the worse
what I do is what is within my control
eating, exercise, being honest, and being a good husband
I love my wife and I striver everyday to do what I can to make our lives better
but I cannot say the same about the aforementioned people
for those I do not make the effort. it is that way because I am over it
surfs up doggy

officially heard that Mia has Lymphoma today.

had a feeling that they results would be not what I wanted to hear but I still
had hope.

her terribly and will cherish our remaining days together

My love
Today I found out that my mia has the cancer
She hasn't been eating and is very weak
They gave us prednisone but she is not having it
I have to say goodbye which is the hardest thing that I have done in a really long time
I had mia for ten years and she was the best dog I have ever owned I love you so much mia and you will always be in my heart

i woke up today
i woke today and it was nice, wore a coat while i walked mia. the sunrise over the ocean was intense i could tell the spring was around the corner. red clouds with the sun backlight.
i came home and i am here now with sheila. exercisin and eating right is the best.
i gave up sugar one week ago and i have felt EGGcellent since i eliminated
