yikes i was down for the count for a few days
sick on my birthday but who cares
people take their birthday way to seriously its just another day
anyways after taking off monday for a final day of rest (had strep)
driving into work on tuesday and noticed that the GSP north was bumper to bumper
someone died.
lifes short people. dont waste time on the bullshit
First it's the breathing, next it's the form, then the posture.
