On the beach in hanalei Kauai. Just got done w a solid two hour surf session. I would have stayed in longer but my wife was on the beach alone, I was thirsty, and my nips and armpits looked like hell.
Three days of great surf.
Outer reef bombs.
First it's the breathing, next it's the form, then the posture.
