Become a Vegan for 40 days. No cheating.
Run 5 miles @ least 25 miles per week.
No caffeine for first two weeks.
No smoking cigarettes.
Brush and floss regularly, make sure to shave.
Try not to drink (maybe a little on the weekends)
Don’t eat a lot remember more exercise, less eating. You cut the food intake while ramping up exercise.
