i know i am me and i know that i am capable of doing anything i want. not only am i going to do this half marathon for the second time i am going to do it faster than i did in the past.

i dont expect anyone to be there because in the end i am the one responsible ofr the health of my mind body and soul. one thing that is SURE - i will never let myself down, or feel like i have gotten the best of.

i am also starting p90x monday (the day after my half-marathon pussy)!
